Gives these fried shrimps the crispness they need.

* Ingredients :

° 1 pound jumbo shrimp, uncooked, peeled and deveined, tails intact
° ⅓ cup flour
° Half a teaspoon of salt
° Half a teaspoon of black pepper
° 3 large eggs large eggs
° 1 1/2 c Kikkoman Panko breadcrumbs
° 1 cup vegetable oil (for deep frying)

* Directions 

Step 1
Beat eggs in a medium-sized bowl until foamy. Mixing flour, salt, // pepper in other bowl. Dip shrimp in flour and discard excess.Dip the shrimps in an egg, then press them to the panko; Flip the shrimp over and press the panko again to coat both sides.
Step 2
Pour enough oil into a large, heavy pot to reach a depth of 2 inches; Heat to 350°F, work in batches, adding shrimp to hot oil; Frying to fully cooked, for 1 minute.  Using tongs, transfer the shrimp to paper towels to drain. Arrange shrimp on a plate.Serve with tonkatsu kikoman sauce for dipping, if desired.
