Chicken & Dumpling Casserole Recipe

This delicious casserole dish is one of my husband's favorites. He loves the fluffy dumplings that he pours a number of broth on. Basil adds simply the proper contact of taste and makes the entire residence smell exact even as you cook this dish

* ingredients : 

° half cup salted butter (1 stick)
° 1 cup chopped small onion
° 2 ribs chopped celery
° three cups cooked hen (chopped or cubed)
° 1 cup self-raising flour
° 1 cup milk (2% or extra)
° 2 cups hen broth
° 1 can (10.75 oz) Cream Chicken Soup
° Salt & pepper to taste

* Methods :

Preheaat oven 350 degrees F .Spray the 9x13 bakeware with non-stick cooking spray.In a small saucepan over medium heat, soften the oil and add the chopped onion and celery.
Cook for 8-10 mins (till greens are soft). Season with salt and pepper.Pour the oil and vegetable mixture into an organized baking pan.Put the chicken on top of the vegetables.Mix flour and milk in a small bowl to make it rise.Pour this mixture on the chicken (stop stirring the mixture).
In every other small bowl, blend hen broth and cream of hen soup . Seasonning  with salt also pepper.Pour this mixture on the chicken. Don't mix layers.Then bake for 4550 minutes or until the casserole is hot.
