Butter Pecan Cookies Recipe




Hmmm, delicious cake with butter and nuts! !An unrivaled combination of ingredients makes these traditional pecan cookies perfect for any occasion!

To assemble this recipe, you may want the following items:
° Pecans: 3/4 cup (chopped)
° Un-salted butter: 1/2 c (1 stick, 112 g)
° Sugar: 1/3 c 
° Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
° Salt: 1/8 teaspoon
° All-purpose flour: 1 cup (140 g)

* The method of work:

Step 1:
For dough cookie, employ an mixer  electric to beat butter for 60 seconds.Then you will need to add 1/3 cup sugar to the whisk until it turns on, about every 60 seconds.Then combine the vanilla, salt, and flour, scraping the sides of the bowl with your hands until the dough is collected and folded inside the nuts.

Step 2:  Roll into balls and then divide the dough into 12 pieces.Squeeze dough to balls. And placing them, 3 inches apart, on  baking sheet.
