Baked Chicken Chimichangas




I developed this brief and smooth recipe via trial and error. I was garnishing it with bitter cream too, however I scrapped that which will lighten the recipe. My pals all love once I cook those chimichangas, and they're a lot more healthy than fried.

* Ingredients :

° eight ounce package. cream cheese
° eight oz. Grated pepperjack cheese
° 1 1/2 tbsp. taco seasoning
° 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
° eight flour tortillas
° cooking spray
° Cheddar cheese
° green onions for garnish
° sour cream
° salsa

* Directions : 

Stir withinside the cream cheese, pepper cheese, and taco seasoning together.
Add chicken.
Divide among flour tortillas.
Fold the sides and roll every tortilla.
Place seam side down in a sprinkled 9" x 13" baking dish.
Spray the tops of the tortillas with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Flip the chimi's, and bake an additional 15 minutes.
Served with cheddar cheese, green onions, sour cream and sauce.
